Sales developer

As a Sales Developer, you act as an extension of our clients' sales teams. You approach new businesses and follow up on existing leads. During conversations, you inquire effectively about the lead's needs, not in an intrusive manner, but rather with genuine interest. You take control of the conversation and demonstrate active listening skills. If there is mutual interest, you schedule a follow-up and maintain control of the process. Sometimes, you may secure an appointment with an account manager after just one conversation, but often, it requires multiple points of contact. In such cases, you nurture the relationship until the lead is qualified for sales. Only then do you hand over the lead to the client's sales team you are working for.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling acquisition and lead follow-up for our clients.
  • Providing support in acquiring new projects.
  • Following up on both cold and warm leads.
  • Collaborating with clients on operational and tactical levels.
  • Leveraging your sales skills to set The Leadmasters apart from competitors in the market.
